Harmony Administration provides virtual administrative support services on a monthly subscription basis. The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in your service agreement or the plan description associated with your subscription.
Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase and recurs automatically each billing cycle until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your purchased hours through the period you've already paid for.
Because our services are delivered over time and hours are allocated to your engagement immediately, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact info@harmonyadministration.com within 7 days of the charge.
To receive the full value of your engagement, you agree to provide timely access to the systems, information, and instructions needed to perform the agreed-upon services. Delays caused by unavailable information may affect the hours deliverable in a given billing cycle.
We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement upon request and follow HIPAA-aware protocols for healthcare clients. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent or as required by law.
Harmony Administration provides administrative support services and is not liable for business decisions, outcomes, or losses arising from the use or interpretation of work product. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose.
While we strive to deliver high-quality, reliable support, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational results. Our services are administrative in nature and results depend on many factors outside our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date below and, for material changes, provide notice on our website. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
